The Norwegian Fjords are among the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. The largest and famous Fjords are located in the Western Part of Norway. Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Aurlandsfjord, Geirangerfjord are some of the most popular and visited Norwegian Fjords.
Sognefjord is the longest Fjord in Norway and the third longest Fjord in the world stretching 204 km. Sognefjord is also the deepest Norwegian Fjord with a maximum depth of 1,308 metres (4,291 ft). Sognefjord takes its name from the Sogn county.
